Sarah Bernier Olin is the co-founder of Relax Already Yoga, a a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher and the creator of the popular 30-Minute “Relax and Rejuvenate” Program. Under the auspices of Relax Already, Sarah has become a leader in the specialization of bringing yoga classes and workshops to businesses, hospitals, universities and other institutions. She has taught her yoga programs through dynamic partnerships with The Girl Scouts of America, Domestic Violence Shelters, UNICEF, The Volunteers for America, BodyFit Physical Therapy, Golden Bridge Yoga NYC, Tejase Yoga, and many more. She also teaches private clients in the homes and offices.

 

Following a B.A. in Communication Studies at the University of Rhode Island, Sarah relocated to Southern California, where she first became interested in yoga. (In fact, it was in the midst of a cross-country drive with her brother that she spontaneously announced that she wanted to “learn yoga.”) Soon after, Sarah trained to become a teacher with Hari Kaur in New York City, and she is now a member of Hari Kaur’s teaching staff at Hari NYC. She has also studied Naad with SatKirin Kaur, emerged herself in coursework with Gurumeher Singh in India, and has studied with such teachers as Margaret Trezza, Gurmukh, Lea Kramer and Siri Sat Kaur.

 

Sarah is a member of The International Kundalini Yoga Teachers Association, embraces the teachings of Yogi Bhajan, and shares them with humor and love through her down-to-earth approach to teaching yoga and meditation. Believing that a teacher must always be a student, she participates in workshops throughout the nation and travels to New Mexico and India to expand her learning and practice. Sarah’s classes are energetic, dynamic, challenging and fun. She enriches the experience with carefully-chosen music, and often builds classes around themes such as insomnia, metabolism, core work, and prosperity.
