A LOVE focused workshop for everyone — those in love, looking for love, or healing from love lost.
Just as the meditative practice of Yin yoga asks us to hold ourselves steady in postures that bring about deep, intense physical sensation, being in a conscious relationship requires building the skill of holding space for our own emotions and our partner’s.
Whether you are in love and excited about exploring it deeper, challenged by the passion of it, reflecting on what went wrong in a past relationship, or wondering why you cannot find love, the teachings of Relationship as a Path has the power to transform your current situation.
- Practice yin yoga to embody the practice of “holding space”
- Learn to understand conflict
- Learn and practice the art of “holding space” for another person
- Draw a mandala to integrate their experience
