Join Samantha for an afternoon of exploration and play as we explore the nature of balance through the Yoga practice. Utilizing aromatherapy for adding a sense of grounding to our space, we will warm up our bodies and stengthen our core through slow, flow-like movement to prepare for standing balancing poses. We’ll explore softness and fluidity through stillness while challenging our internal balance by incorporating various focal points for the eyes. We’ll wind down with restorative postures to calm the nervous system followed by a long savasana and a meditation for balancing the nervous system. Leave feeling rooted and expansive!
