This month’s topic: Fear & Anxiety: How to Mindfully address difficult emotions: Part II
During our last class, we identified the tool of “inquiry” to deal with difficult emotions and trauma.
During this class, we will use “naming” to assist us in identifying these emotions and helping us to move through them with attention and care.”
In this class, we will practice moments of meditation as well as interactive exercises to expand our awareness and to use inquiry and naming as pragmatic tools.
Naming, noting and inquiry are tools of traditional mindfulness practice that we can apply when we’re lost and fearful.
Join us and begin your own gentle inquiry around fear and anxiety surrounded by a mindful tribe of seekers also looking for answers. My intention is to create a sacred and safe space for all to attend and befriend themselves and others.
You do not need to have come to Part I to join Part II 🙂
