Treat your senses to a lengthy, two-hour long Yin yoga practice guided by Emily and set to live violin.
For many of us, the music is central to our yoga practice, bringing us a sense of freedom and connection to our inner rhythm. Emily’s classes are renowned for her carefully selected and memorable playlists. For years she has teamed up with some of the city’s most talented live musicians to offer her students the opportunity to practice with heightened consciousness of the music and how it can guide the breath and the heart. This spring, she welcomes Nicholas Wilson to fill the room with the stirring sounds of his violin.
Inclusive to both those new to Yin yoga and seasoned yinsters seeking deeper immersion into the practice. Postures will emphasize hip opening and treat the whole body.
