Reflections is very excited to announce yet another new path of our conscious living center!

As a new mom, Reflections Founder Paula Tursi has realized just how much we can grow and develop by consciously raising our children. Paula has hand-picked some wonderful fun classes for kids to help them cultivate their love for music, art and movement.

Soc Roc: Soccor Class for Kids!






Dates: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays November 21st – March 12th
Times: Mondays, 10:45am Ages 2.5 – 4 year olds
Mondays, 3:30pm Ages 2.7 – 4 year olds
Tuesdays, 10:15am Ages 2 – 3 year olds
Thursdays, 10am Ages 1.5 – 3 year olds

NYC SocRoc classes are taught by James Christie, former soccer professional and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

I Can Do That!: Dance & Theatre for kids of all ages

Music Together in NYC





Date: Tuesdays January 9th – March 13th

For children ages birth – 4 years old

Developmentally appropriate and educational music classes for babies, toddlers, and pre-schoolers.  Children and their grown-ups will grow musically by engaging with and creating music in a fun and playful setting.

Mommy & Me Classes w/Wonders of Play






Fridays January 12th – March 16th
Times: 10am-11am *2 to 3 year olds
11am-12pm *walkers to 2 year olds

Come and play with your little one! This play-based class – 45 min long – is wonderful to support growth and development whilst having lot’s of fun. Includes storytelling, imaginative play (theatre), music, arts and sensory activities focusing on giving adults creative tool to stimulate toddlers to develop specific skills – emotional expression, language and vocabulary expression, body awareness, self-awarness, independence, creativity, etc.

Kids Hip Hop


This is an introductory hip hop dance class open to any student interested in busting out some new moves on the dance floor. The class will explore basic hip hop fundamentals: footwork, popping, waiving, gliding, breaking, etc. We offer a positive and creative outlet for students to explore their own artistic voice.
