Reflections’ retreats take you to some of the most beautiful spots in the world — places where you can clear your mind and heal your body amongst mother nature.

Some of our favorite yoga retreat destinations are in Latin America, surrounded by nature beautiful accommodations.

All yoga retreats include morning meditations, two yoga and meditation classes, guided hikes, and lots of free time to explore, connect with nature, indulge in delicious organic foods, make new friends, and truly relax.

What To Expect

Who are the retreats for?

Reflections yoga retreats and yoga holidays are ideal for everyone–couples, friends, and individuals. You don’t even have to be a “yogi”. In fact, there are individuals who come & enjoy the retreat and skip the yoga. Our classes are taught by senior teachers who can work with beginners, well-versed yogis, and those healing from injuries.

We are a passionate group of well-trained professionals who love to travel and share yoga with the world!

What’s the difference between a retreat and a holiday?

A yoga retreat is about slowing down, detoxing and making a change. You will have less to do and there will be an emphasis on diet and meditation, as well as themed workshops designed to make a change in your life.

Then what’s a yoga vacation? Yoga, with a whole lot of fun! You will have the serenity of yoga practice but will also have the chance to participate in daily activities. We won’t worry about your diet (too much) and dinner can be enjoyed with a nice glass of wine.
