Honduras 2014 Old

Honduras Retreat 2014

March 22-29, 2014

w/Paula Tursi and Vidya Sykes

We all know that a location can inspire us to great depths of experience.  Paya Bay is sure to deliver. Imagine partakingPhoto in a program that will provide a structure into a deeper practice and knowledge of yoga, while giving you the chance to take a deeper look and develop your practice on all levels — heart, mind and body. With the loving guidance of Vidya Sykes and Paula Tursi – Together we will unlock what has been stopping us from letting go and getting real with who we are and what we want. Through asana, breathing, meditation and expanding mind exercises you will shed the past and walk boldly into the future. A future designed by you- not fear.

ReflectionsYoga chose Paya Bay not only for its extreme beauty but for the wellness center and the resorts commitment to yoga, wellness and healthy living. In this small, family owned enclave, we will deepen our practice in a village-like feel, with the Caribbean at our feet. The resort is located on a beautiful peninsula that extends out from the island of Roatan, ensures idyllic isolation and maximum distance from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Since the resort grounds comprise practically the entire peninsula (over 22 acres) you will find lots of space to enjoy. Two natural beaches, quiet coves, tall ridges, wetlands, and even a small adjacent island to make our retreat one of the most beautiful locations in the Caribbean.

In this course we will:

Look at patterns in our practice that are stuck and not flowing
Use these observations to create understanding and take our practice to the next level
Engage in discussion around the yoga sutras and personal discovery learning how to use the practice of yoga as a way of life.
