How does your own practice influence your daily life?
My yoga and meditation practices help me reconnect to spirit and re-align with my values, which are health, happiness, and surrounding myself with love. Yoga keeps me feeling whole and unified in my mind, body and heart–and keeps me grounded (thank goodness) while I grow in this inspiring city!

Favorite asana?
Anything upside down! I’m a huge inversion fan.

Who is a teacher who inspires you?
Mooji–I attended Satsung with him in India, and his determination to help as many souls find peace, coupled with his elegant yet humorous anecdotes and analogies he uses to help people understand the complexities of their thoughts and feelings as they begin to awaken are so inspiring.
