Favorite place that you have traveled to? so far, it has been France. But a different country all together- Costa Rica has my heart.
List 3 words your students would use to describe your classes: (hopefully) funny, encouraging and challenging
How does your own practice influence your daily life? It is a reflection of where I am. When I feel full of energy/inspiration, I can meet myself on the mat and carefully practice mindfulness, pranayama, and asana. When I am distracted, it is hard for me to arrive, let alone stay on the mat for an extended period of time.
Favorite asana? Changes everyday. Virabhadrasana III is one of my all time faves.
Who is a teacher who inspires you? Sean Corne
A great yoga class makes you feel... light.
