What other jobs have you had? I'm a freelance journalist. Have written extensively on institutional investing and personal finance, and have also had numerous articles published in Fit Yoga and Spirituality and Health.
Favorite place that you have traveled to? Some favorites include Lake Atitlan, Guatamala, and San Juan, Puerto Rico.

How does your own practice influence your daily life? I have learned catch myself dwelling on what might go wrong in a given situation and minimize all the drama—to just relax and trust that things will be OK takes some focus but it is such a satisfying practice.
When I become aware of clutching for what may come later, I remind myself to sit with and focus on who or what is in front of me in the present moment. It's a much more gratifying awa to live.
Favorite asana? Twists of all kinds since they let you unwind congestion in the gut and upper chest.
Who is a teacher who inspires you? Darma Mittra is one.
A great yoga class makes you feel... like laughing.
