The chakra system is a blueprint for growth. Through yogic study we can engage a deeper connection to this system of light, and the underlying energy we awaken can change our lives. Come and spend the afternoon with Amy and Vidya learning about your heart center and the movements of energy there. The weekend after Valentines Day is the perfect time to tune into your heart and the wisdom inherent in it. We will be working to increase our capacity for love, compassion, and a deeper connection.Be prepared to practice asanas designed to stimulate your heart and the pranic flow there, chant, breathe, and meditate. Please dress comfortably, and bring a notebook, pen or pencil (for notes & guided journaling).
