T’ai Jamar Hanna has been practicing Thai Yoga Massage since 2006. She found the artform through Paula Tursi’s Reflections Yoga 200-hour training which includes 40-hours taught by Peter Kaaberbol Kristensen. She knew then, she had found her home. She has since spent time in Laos, studying with David Lutt/Osteo Thai College, Arno L’Hermitte/Thai Massage Circus, Gwynn Williams/Zen Shiatsu, Kaline Kelly, Krishna Takis/Sunshine School and Jack Chaya/Nerve Touch in Thailand, 2011. She studied at the Thai Institute of Healing Arts with David Roylance, 2012.
In 2013, she completed the Massage Licensing program at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine. She considers herself a healing artist, offering sports massage, yoga therapy for elders, and yoga nidra. However, Thai Yoga Massage continues to be the home she comes back to for self healing and connected breath.
A lifelong athlete, coach, and curious spirit, she plays with shapes, breath, and movement, offering intuitive and informed touch.
Join her and discover the Sacred Dance of Thai Healing Touch.
“Watching T’ai is like watching a dance, so beautiful. I learned so much from her about technique and flow, but most importantly I learned the value of listening and waiting for the client’s body to speak to my hands.”
~Kelly Damon, Alma Yoga Studio~
T’ai is an intuitive healer and an authentic teacher. I have learned so much just from watching her move in tandem with a client–her “work” is more like a beautiful dance.” ~Katie O’Connell, Dragonfly Yoga~
